Schich Hydro was the first of several campaigns elevating the Hydro and Slasher character designs while energizing the story with action-packed animation.
This epic duel between razors was brought to life using a range of visual techniques that reflected the slick and sleek features of the Hydro Razor.
Meticulous detail was dialed into every aspect of the spot, from the integration of CG onto the live-action footage to texturing and weathering the characters and the painstaking process of transforming each character from their dormant razor form into the heroic anthropomorphized robots, ready to do battle.
The spot's initial release was during Super Bowl 50.
